Who We Are

At The CASIE Center, we believe that every child deserves to be heard, protected, and supported. Our team is committed to helping children and families navigate difficult circumstances with compassion, dignity, and hope.

What is a CAC?

The following video, created by the National Children's Alliance, explains what Children's Advocacy Centers are and what they do. They are the best way to get vulnerable kids all the services they need, all in one place, and to help kids go on to thrive.

Our Partners

The CASIE Center is co-located with the St. Joseph County Special Victims Unit including detectives, investigators, deputy prosecuting attorneys, and victim advocates.

We are also co-located with the Family Justice Center of St. Joseph County.The FJC provides free and confidential services for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. To reach the SOS 24-hour crisis hotline, call 574-289-HELP.

Other members of the multidisciplinary response to child abuse in St. Joseph County include the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), local law enforcement agencies, Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center,  Oaklawn and the Veldman Family Psychology Clinic.
