When You Arrive

When you arrive for your appointment at The CASIE Center, please enter through Door 2. After entering through the glass doors, press the call button on the intercom.

A staff member will ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your child's name
  • Your appointment time

Once we verify your appointment, we'll buzz you into the building and direct you to our waiting area/playroom.

Before Your Appointment

To help us provide a safe, comfortable, and confidential environment for every child and family, we ask that you:

  • Silence your cell phone before entering the waiting room.
  • Please do not bring food or drinks into the waiting room.
  • Limit additional guests whenever possible. We recommend bringing only the child attending the appointment and one supportive caregiver unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Avoid discussing the details of your child's case while in the waiting room. This helps protect your family's privacy and ensures all children and families feel safe and comfortable

Weapons of any kind are prohibited at The CASIE Center.

Thank you for helping us create a welcoming, child-focused environment for everyone we serve!
