Unless otherwise stated, the CASIE Center owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including educational PDFs, flyers, and toolkits.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from this site, nor may you redistribute content unless it is specifically made for redistribution (such as marked educational flyers).

2. Donations and Event Tickets

All donations made to the CASIE Center support our mission in St. Joseph County.

  • Finality: Donations are generally considered non-refundable.
  • Ticketing: If you purchase tickets for an event or fundraiser, the CASIE Center reserves the right to set specific

refund windows, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Our website provides resources regarding child safety and child abuse prevention in Indiana. While our mission is to
protect children, this website is intended for use by adults. Users under the age of 18 should only use this site with the
supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. You submit to
the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana for the resolution of
any disputes.
